In this research, the theorizing and conceptualizing the recent confluent of management accounting & financial accounting with advances in the information technology) & explaining not only how this confluent is manifested in the technical & technological domain, but somehow it is reflected in their behavioral & organizational level convergence. In this paper attempts to clarify the impacts of IT on the accounting systems. The largest impact IT has on the accounting is companies' able to develop & use to computerized the systems to track & record financial transactions. The IT networks & database system reduced the period of a time that will accountants had to plan & deliver to the financial reports to management. In this program helps companies to rapidly, efficiently generate particular reports for the decision taking in the management. Other computerized accounting systems capabilities are: Increased functionality, faster processing, improved accuracy, & improved external reporting. So in, this paper highlights the advantages & inconveniences of the using IT in consider and reporting systems.

The global market condition and strategies of the organizations have been changing rapidly to coup the fluctuating circumstances of the business world. These change are being taken place due to the satirical movement or the rapid innovation in almost every sector of the businesses regardless of the size and market capitalization of the businesses. Therefore, it is very necessary for the corporate houses to amalgamate the such technological advancement that have capabilities to meet the current demand of organization to improve the working conditions. The solution of this has stopped at the implementation of the IT based technology or the upgrade the existing technologies with the help of the IT. Thus, outcome of this has emerged as the integration of the knowledge management with the IT and this will assist the managers to reduces the production input, and at the same time increase the productivity and net profit to the organization and even, make the business management easy than ever. This new implementation has been studies in this paper with the implementation of the Knowledge Management System (KMS).

The scientific article studies the international and Russian experience of using information technologies to prevent conflicts of legal interests as one of the corruption risks in the judicial activity. The main directions of the development of the judicial system are theoretically substantiated to minimize corruption risks using technical advances. It is concluded that it is necessary to adopt a new version of the Concept of the information policy of the judicial system with clearly fixed legal guarantees for representatives of the judiciary against abuse by other persons, as a result of obtaining information about the activities of the court; a list of the authorities' powers of officials, ensuring control over the reliability and completeness of the information provided on the activities of the courts; the procedure for access, provision, and dissemination of information with the fixation of the requirements as to subjects that disseminate information about the activities of the courts.

In addition, the article provides instructions for geography teachers on the use of information technology in teaching GIS. The article describes the problems of modern teaching of the course "Geographic Information Systems" and ways to solve them.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between use of ICT and organizational culture in University libraries of Sindh, Pakistan. The research is descriptive and correlation. Populations of study library professionals who are working in university librariesand the sample sizes to 330 stratified random sampling method was selected instruments consisted of the questionnaire researchers' organizational cultures based on the characteristics of the seven Robbins and questionnaire-based information, and communication technology skills are the seven ICDL. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha for organizational culture, 09 / 9 and 68 /9determined thevalidity of ICT. To analyze the questions and review questions in addition to descriptive statistics, t-test with two independent samples, chip-square test and Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results show that between organizational culture and the use of ICT, there is. The characteristics of organizational culture (innovation and risk-taking, according to the people, according to the group, courage seeking) using information and communication technology, there is a significant relationship between other features characteristic of organizational culture (including attention to detail, result-oriented and stability and maintaining the status quo) using information and communication technology, there is no significant relationship. The use of ICT among employees is the same for men and women.

Lived Experiences of Home-Based Computer Technicians

The study focuses on the lived experiences of an on-call computer technicianwhose place of
work is at home but accept home services and the study used the phenomenological research
design method. There were seven (7) male informants in the study and they are selected based on
data saturation method. The main research instrument of the study is the researcher using
interview method. Moreover, the analysis was donethrough detailed reading, rereading and
interpretation of the transcripts and identified initial themes or codes, defining, redefining of
codes and modifying of codes through association, contrasting and formulation of themes. The
results revealed eight major themes including“Flexible Working Hours”, “Accessible working
place”, “Financial/Economic needs matter”, “Experiencing Clients Lack of Trust and
Confidence”, “No co-workers to ask for help”, “Inadequate tools and Kits used for servicing”,
“Hunting for an alternative source of income”, and “What Matters is Doing the Job You Love”.
It is Recommended that home service computer technicians should undergo seminars and
training-workshops on the new trends and updates of the computer both software and hardware.
In addition, retraining and practices to the new tools and equipment’s configure latest computer
security protection software’s could be a great foundation to strengthen the technician’s
knowledge and ability. Moreover, computer technicians should establish application
software/online platform wherein the customer would visit the application software and apply for
a service they needed.

Over a period of time it is found that different sectors of economy have changed including education sector. Unlike any other sector, education sector has seen many evolution and changes. Education system changed from Guru-Shishya Parampara to class room teaching, then teaching with the help of projectors or LED and now its online teaching classes or teaching through E-Learning portals or Web Based E-Learning (WBEL). It has been seen from the past several years that online education system or E-Learning system has emerged as a powerful contender for new education system. The study is to identify the elogistics service quality dimensions and customer satisfaction on e-commerce the variables such as Information technology, convenient service reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles.E-logistics is a new industry, in specific computerised arrival of worldwide business and strong network in e-commerce. The incorporation of technology with management of logistics has become a necessity for effective logistics management. The effect of models and activities of e-logistics include the organisation’s forward and reverse logistics functions. In today, The business climate is highly competitive, the importance of rapidly changing knowledge, and the importance of communication systems have been well known for overall success and in some situations even the sustainability of every operation in logistics.The study finds out the customer satisfaction on elogistics service providers by the e-commerce industry. The conclusion of the study states various factors that influence people to buy on e-commerce, such as customer satisfaction on responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible factors increase positive relationships but when the reliability factor decreases the customer satisfaction.

Revealing the Effect of Work-From-Home on Job Performance during the Covid-19 Crisis: Empirical Evidence from Indonesia

This study aims to determine the effect of work-from-home on job performance. It proposes work environment, job satisfaction and work motivation as mediating variables, and answers how work-from-home affects employee performance through them. The study has implications for business practitioner who intend to measure the effectiveness of their work-from-home policies. This is especially pertinent during the coronavirus crisis. The original contribution of this study lies within its questionnaire that has been attuned to changes caused by COVID-19. Data collection was completed by distributing an online questionnaire to workers in Indonesia. The questionnaire with a Likert scale was sent to approximately 2720 employees by email and a link was also shared on social media. The survey attracted 330 respondents. To answer the research questions, this study used structural equation modelling. The output revealed that working from home, employees experienced greater enjoyment, satisfaction and motivation thus enhancing job performance. While the validity of this research is constrained in scope to how these benefits are manifested in Indonesia, there may be external validity among other countries affected by COVID-19.
