A Literature Study on the Product Packaging Influences on the Customers Behavior

Many organizations in the business sector have focused on one tactic or another to win more profit margins for products. An effort made by the organization to get more consumers to buy their products, organizations have always been engaging in this process. Different technologies to help their products compete with the product of rivals, the packaging type is one step to make customers aware of the product. Despite the fact that perhaps the packaging as well as the manner in which the customer determines the benefit/value of the product, the packaging rationale for purchase behaviors has been thoroughly studied and the outcomes have adequately defined the connection among the packaging with the purchasing behavior of a customer. The consumer's shopping behavior depends mostly on packaging as well as its characteristics. Packaging features such as color packaging, context illustration, and packaging content, font type, wrapping design, printed details and novelty are used as indicators. As self-service grows and customers' lifestyles shift, interest in packaging as a product advertising tactic and a catalyst to impulsive purchasing behavior is rising. Package, therefore, plays a key role throughout advertising relations, particularly at the stage of sale, which may be considered to be among the key significant aspects impacting customer buying behaviors.

A Comparison of Corporate Strategic Planning Between UK and Indian Companies

In current years, corporate companies are paying extra attention towards developing strategic plans for their organization to develop its performance and quality of work. Firms should try to implement planning and not only any simple planning, the planning should be strategic and effective if they have to survive in today's competitive business world. The objective of the presented paper is to compare the characteristics and nature of strategic planning implemented in the companies of India and the United Kingdom. To do so, a questionnaire was sent to 500 companies from the UK and India. Based on the data collected from the companies, a comparison was done and it was found out that there are numerous differences between the implementation of strategic planning in both countries. This research provides some important facts and insights to the Eastern and Western companies, strategic planning implementation to the business.

The role of human resources (HR) in an organization is very critical and exploring at the same time. Human resources are the first person who builds a relationship between company and employee. The way HR represents the organization to the company is the same way an employee sees its organization. Various type of companies and organizations works for a different domain but HR department is commonly present in all. In this paper, a brief study is done in the context of the role and duties of HR, a personal interview is conducted for various HR students and employees in different phases. Their responses are being shared in this paper. From a future perspective, various aspects of HR can be analyzed and learned from this by learners & researchers.

In recent years, the globalization of modern organization projects too is growing and may theoretically lead to a wider range of macroeconomic participants seeking overseas markets. Empirical analyses have shown that the development and development through cross-border entrepreneurship can be viewed in the context of the dramatic developments that have taken place over the last decades, which have contributed to a decrease in transaction fees for multinational organizations. The main purpose of this study is to explain the significance of the interaction between the different elements of the marketing environment to gain a strategic edge in the industry. The political, social and technical environment has a great deal of impact on entrepreneurial progress in global markets. The focus of this research is to consider the obstacles which entrepreneurial companies face in attempting to introduce their brands to global marketing. This research followed a secondary method towards collecting data through examining archival literature of inquiry. This study concludes whereby cross-border organization practices are important avenues from which aspiring entrepreneurs can build value, drive development as well as access new information and innovations by their exposure towards international markets.

A Review on the Variables That Influence Product Pricing and Decision

Price is indeed a crucial element of any market and can even be essential to the sustainability of the organization. If the prices are not fixed within line with the target audience chosen, it will adversely impact the earnings of the commodity and the business. The primary purpose of every profit-seeking industry is to create revenue and, within order to accomplish this objective, all aspects relating to inventory management, prices and setting prices require to be handled appropriately. The primary objective of this analysis is thus to examine the factors regarded among organizations in their growth. The selling price for products can be determined by a variety of factors that can be classified into two major categories, internal factors with external factors, all of that are discussed in more depth in this article. In order to address factors that affect international marketing networks, which have been the channels through which products and services meet their global consumers. This indicates that suppliers and customers would either be based in the supplier or buyer nation or be present from both countries. Finally, the paper would address generic ads and regional advertising throughout the global market.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN THE UNIVERSITY LIBRARIES OF SINDH, PAKISTAN

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between use of ICT and organizational culture in University libraries of Sindh, Pakistan. The research is descriptive and correlation. Populations of study library professionals who are working in university librariesand the sample sizes to 330 stratified random sampling method was selected instruments consisted of the questionnaire researchers' organizational cultures based on the characteristics of the seven Robbins and questionnaire-based information, and communication technology skills are the seven ICDL. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha for organizational culture, 09 / 9 and 68 /9determined thevalidity of ICT. To analyze the questions and review questions in addition to descriptive statistics, t-test with two independent samples, chip-square test and Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results show that between organizational culture and the use of ICT, there is. The characteristics of organizational culture (innovation and risk-taking, according to the people, according to the group, courage seeking) using information and communication technology, there is a significant relationship between other features characteristic of organizational culture (including attention to detail, result-oriented and stability and maintaining the status quo) using information and communication technology, there is no significant relationship. The use of ICT among employees is the same for men and women.

Training and development makes employees more productive. Training and development are becoming big business nowadays and more important for any organization that wants to take advantage of changes, techniques and improvements. The existing workforce is trained to increase their productivity, newly joined employees will also be trained and motivated to contribute their best towards the organization. The employees will be more confident about themselves and passionate about their job. They will adapt to technological changes and innovations more readily. Training and development need assessments, training design and delivery and transfer of training. Growing business environment needs new ideas like updated and strategic training and development to make business grow fast as well , we need to adapt ourselves for the future business environment, making our employees updated will give the best result for the organization. Nowadays many organizations are spending much to train their employees and make them updated. The training program has to be designed perfectly for the employees to achieve long and short term goals of the organization and employees as well. After the training and development program every employee has to be evaluated by their performance and should get their feedback.
