A Comparison of Corporate Strategic Planning Between UK and Indian Companies

In current years, corporate companies are paying extra attention towards developing strategic plans for their organization to develop its performance and quality of work. Firms should try to implement planning and not only any simple planning, the planning should be strategic and effective if they have to survive in today's competitive business world. The objective of the presented paper is to compare the characteristics and nature of strategic planning implemented in the companies of India and the United Kingdom. To do so, a questionnaire was sent to 500 companies from the UK and India. Based on the data collected from the companies, a comparison was done and it was found out that there are numerous differences between the implementation of strategic planning in both countries. This research provides some important facts and insights to the Eastern and Western companies, strategic planning implementation to the business.

Given the rapid acceleration of digital hazards, little work has been carried out into the subject's institutions or procedures that could help to guide scientists and specialists in Information Systems that handle digital security. There is also no discussion of Crime as a Service that is a criminal action program which facilitates decentralized cyber-crime. The examination whole and useful cyber-crime issue that we see has persuaded us to research underground cybercrime economy by adopting information research strategy from a scientific point of view of the structure. To accomplish this objective, we will propose 1. a structure to information investigation to break down the underground cyber-crime, 2. CaaS and product definitions for wrong-doing and 3. a model for related order. Furthermore, 4. Create a software web-app to show how the proposed system and request structure can really be actualized. At that point, we will use web applications to explore the under-ground economy of cyber-crime by breaking down a huge data-set from the web-based network. In implementing the strategy-based structure science review, this review applies objects, institutions, and strategies to the project here. It also gives professional expertise to recommend rules on how governments and associations can plan underground cybercrime assaults in all businesses.

Managmante Of Compilation and Explanation of The Strategic Sports Plan of The Social Security Organization of Iran

Today, most organizations need to develop a strategic plan to increase capabilities, long-term growth and survival and reduce the risk of their operations. The purpose of this study was to develop and explain the strategic sports plan of the Social Security Organization of Iran. The method of the present study was applied in terms of nature and purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical analysis, which was done in the field. The statistical population in the qualitative part included the elites of strategic planning in sports and in the quantitative part included all the employees of the Social Security Organization. The sampling method was qualitative in part and purposeful in quantitative part. Using semi-organized interviews, questions were asked to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. To statistically describe the sample, determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as the current and desired status of descriptive statistics, from the comparison test of the average size of an attribute about the community, the comparison test to evaluate the status of each questionnaire to determine the points Weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats and Friedman ranking test was used to rank the most important weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and sports threats of the Social Security Organization. The results showed that the strategic position of sports in the Social Security Organization is such that it has many strengths in this field, but environmental threats have a greater impact on sports in the Social Security Organization and most of the selected strategies are ST. However, Social Security sports can also use WT, SO and WO strategies depending on the circumstances.

The international practice of leading companies indicates that there is no successful development and sound company performance improvement, particularly, in consulting, without a proper strategy as a complex of measures tailored to achieve the set goal. The relevance of this paper lies in that all business operations are fraught with risks and thus require the development and implementation of a strategy for the consulting company within the scope of various business units.
Businesses face intense competition. Adequate decision-making requires in-depth comprehensive assessments of the situation and reliable forecasting. The main stages of strategy formulation of a consulting company are determined; strategic alternatives are identified; measures to evaluate strategic follow-up are drawn; examples of strategy development in a consulting company are provided.
The objective of this paper is to analyse strategy development processes at consulting companies. The object is consulting companies and their business models.

Problems of Development of Housing and Communal Services in Russia

Despite the positive tendencies in housing and communal services (HCS) of the Russian
Federation, in the 2020 positive changes occur very slowly and sometimes with sharp
contradictory deviations from the intended course. In this article, we highlight the major
problems of the development of HCS that demand priority elimination. This study aimed at
assessing the effectiveness of government programs implemented in the HCS sector and was
based on the methods of analysis, induction, deduction and dialectical- logical approaches.
Five main problems in the development of HCS were found out by using induction method.
The identified problems relate to the field of strategic management and characterize the
inefficiency of the development and implementation of development plans. These problems
were compared with the tools of private concepts of controlling the sphere of HCS. Namely,
the problems of development were compared with the technology of forming a controlling
system. Results indicated irregularities or incorrect execution of separate stages of controlling
technology. The obtained results have theoretical and practical importance for increasing the
efficiency of the development of the sphere. The results of the study can be used to clarify
goals, objectives, and adjust activities to accelerate the development of the industry.

CSR – An Important tool for Employer Branding

An employer branding can be understood as a set of procedures which instigates with the contact for the very beginning of the probable candidate with the organisation brand. This stream flows endlessly through every phase of the association journey. This journey may be referred as the “Talent Journey”. It includes the details, additional information, and complete data required behind the recruitment and selection process, keeping the candidate pleased, engaged, and loyal to the organisation. It also provides insights into how keenly and enthusiastically employees of the organisation endorse working at the specific organisation.
“An employer brand is an intangible. However, many tangible practices and behaviors contribute to it.” Edward E. Lawler.
Employees engaged in CSR activities perform to their best and create a special place for the organisation in the market. An organisation is considered successful where the employees of that particular organisation feel valued because of their loyalty. This feeling of loyalty comes with the exponential organisational support and the management standing by with their commitments. Providing such kind of support and fulfillment of commitments towards the employees gives that organisation a better identification in the industry because employees don’t wish to leave such organisations. Employees working with such organisations always consider themselves accountable for the success in building the brand image. In these types of organisations, the attrition goes down, best talent stays back and hence the face value of the company automatically goes up.
The main objective of this research article is to understand importance of CSR in Employer Branding and elements of CSR in Employer Branding.
"Employer Branding," an essential aspect of the business, is considered a crucial element in every organisation's success. A factor that takes the business entity to a different level and proves to be one of the best practices in promoting the brand image. In recent times, aspiring candidates have become very vigilant in joining any particular organisation. They first check all the credentials of an organisation and then decide whether to join it or not. 
Hence, from the employee's perspective, Employer Branding has gained an important place in promoting an organisation as an 'Employer of Choice.' A positive image portrayed by gaining employee confidence helps in gaining much popularity in the market.

A Study On Advertising Strategy In Selected Brands Of Washing Machines With Special Reference To Vasanth & Co In Thanjavur Branch

Advertising provides opportunities for dramatizing the company and its products through the armful use of print sound and color sometimes; however the tools very success at expressiveness may dilute or distract from the message. Advertising cannot be as a company sales representative, the audience does not feel obligated to pay attention or respond. Advertising is able to carry on only a monologue, not a dialogue, with the audience. Message is normally addressed to a specific person and does not reach others. The message can be customized to appeal to the addressed individual. The message can be prepared berry quickly for delivery to an indexer to an individual. The appeal of public relations is based on its three distinctive qualities. News stories and features seem more authentic and credible to readers that ads do. Off guard: public relations can reach many prospects who might avoid salespeople and advertisements. The researcher has collected from the 62 days in sales of Vasanth & Co while claimed that an attractive widow display strategy has conducted for the improvement of sales for the 62 day from 1st Dec 2020 to 31 Jan 2021. In the connection the researcher has attempt to made a study on advertising strategy in selected brands in washing machines in Vasanth & Co In Thanjavur Town Branch. That the available sample data provides significant evidence to conclude a 5% level of significance that the window displays technique had increased the sales significantly after 31 days as well as profits. Overall profit position and sales position has increased from 97 units (brands) to 134 units after have made window display technique from 1st Dec 2020 to 31st Jan 2021 (60 days).
