Artificial Intelligent Technologies and Elderly: Decoding the Stimuli towards the Artificial Intelligent Technology Adoption

Technology has overtaken our lives, and we are bounded by the immense layers of digital and technology. It makes our lives easy-going and convenient, but it is far more complicated for those who cannot even imagine getting used to such an environment and are unfamiliar with them. Here the study gives a broad understanding of the insight of the elderly towards innovative, intelligent technologies. It also explores and explores the stimuli that motivate and encourage them to adopt AI-based advanced technologies. The study used a quantitative approach and applied Structural Equation Modelling to validate and establish the identified constructs. A total of 238 respondents were considered for the study. The findings will enable both the researchers and the practitioners to broaden their vision and acknowledge that technological innovations are possible across cohorts.

The economic reality today is such that capitalization of the potential of robotics, biotechnology, digital technologies can lead to a technological revolution, to an explosive growth in labor productivity, which will lead to the restructuring of a number of industries, the depreciation of many production assets, a change in demand for professions, and increased competition. The experience of a number of countries has shown that an increase in the rate of economic development is possible only due to an innovative and technological breakthrough associated with the improvement of productive forces, a radical increase in the technological level, technological re-equipment of economic sectors, an increase in the share of high- and medium-tech industries, while technological modernization determines the economy's susceptibility to innovation activity. The progressive development of technological modernization in a highly competitive environment can bring the economy of the Russian Federation to a new level of development that meets the requirements of the time.

An Empirical Research on the Perception of Job Seekers towards the Use of E-recruitment in Chennai

Human resource department (HRD) have undergone many changes in the present scenario.There are various innovations happening in HRD. The sourcing of candidates is transformed into e-recruitment. The study is aimed at understanding the perception of job seeker’s towards the effectiveness of E-recruitment. Descriptive research design was adopted as it explains the study and aims at finding the Perception of Job Seekers towards the Use of E-recruitment in Chennai. Primary data was collected from the 86 respondents by using Convenience sampling. The questionnaire is divided into various sections like demographic variables, independent variables includes attitude and dependent variables as intention to use. The collected data were classified tabulated and analyzed with statistical tools like frequency, mean analysis and Regression analysis. The results showed that the variables Comfort and Attitude are influencing the Intention to use.

The study of the research paper deals with the money market and the appreciation of home currency value. The exchange rate mainly depends on the value of the home currency and the investments made by the people in the country. Investment plays a major role in currency appreciation. Trading with more than one currency at global level is called as Foreign Exchange. The Forex market deals with the currency exchange at global level. The value of home currency depends on the rate of exchange. The exchanging rate of currency can affect the trading factors of the country. Even the currency value can be determined by the import export of the country. Inflation plays a vital role in the Forex market. The inflation is expected to have a pessimistic impact on the exchange rate, low inflation does not assure favorable exchange during high inflation rate has a negative impact. Investments made by people of the country helps to avoid inflation.

Media is one of the most novel and helpful creations by humankind. In this day and age it's almost unimaginable for somebody to dodge the media absolutely in their everyday life. Money market executive’s perception towards peer-to-peer (p2p) lending

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) refers to social lending and it is an emerging wealth management service that allows individuals to procure loans directly from investors without the intervention of a financial institution. P2P investors obtain better returns on their cash savings through lending in P2P lending platforms mostly through online web pages. The P2P model facilitates matching of individual investors with borrowers by assessing the creditworthiness on a periodical basis. P2P renders services for recovery of loan through this platform. Better interest rates are possible using these P2P online platforms. Borrowers who fail to obtain loans from traditional financial institutions can avail the services of these online platforms. The model also helps budding entrepreneurs to get their startups off the ground and it is a relatively new approach where borrowers can obtain loans from numerous individual investors pursuing multiple objectives when they pick loans to invest. Though P2P lending might seem like an attractive investment this is still a technically young industry.

A study on regulatory compliance of KYC in financial service industry

The main aim of the study is to determine the need and significance of Know Your Customer (KYC) in the financial sector. A descriptive research design is used in this study since it is most suitable due to the characteristics of the purpose of the study. In this study, a statistical method is used to determine the sample to ensure that the size of the sample is representable for the whole population. The size of the study is 72 and primary data is collected through questionnaire. Tools used in this study are frequency analysis, mean analysis, independent t test and ANOVA. It is found that there is no remarkable differentiation between demographic variables and perception towards the need of KYC.

The national strategy for the conservation of biodiversity in Russia is formulated on the basis of the goals of the strategy formulated as follows, that the conservation of the biodiversity of natural biosystems at a level that ensures their sustainable existence and non-depletion use, this goal was defined as a general direction of movement for the long term and was not limited to any time period. 
Preservation of the diversity of domesticated and cultivated forms of living organisms and man-made ecologically balanced natural and cultural complexes at a level that ensures the development of an effective economy and the formation of an optimal environment for human life.
At the same time, the conservation of biodiversity meant a set of active actions aimed at achieving the goal of the strategy and including both direct measures for the conservation, restoration and sustainable use of biodiversity, and the application of the socio-economic mechanisms described in the strategy that determine the impact on biodiversity of various population groups and business structures.
